Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your training course/event during a period of 14 days after the day of purchase. If you wish to do so you will be entitled to a full refund of the cost paid. To exercise your right to cancel, please call 01709 740078. Fees are not refundable in any other circumstance.

Change of venue/trainer
WFO Training will endeavour as far as is reasonably practicable to provide your first choice of course/event date and venue, but reserves the right to change the course dates, venue or trainer.

Copyright
The WFO scenarios and online modules are available for use by a single person. Distribution to others without permission of WFO will be a breach of copyright and could expose the distributor to a claim for damages.

Recommend a Friend
Each WFO Training candidate is issued with a unique ID code. So as a former candidate, whether you did a course with us 10 years ago , or you have just enrolled for the next course available, you will have been issued with an ID code.
If you are not a former candidate but would like to recommend WFO, or you have misplaced your ID code, please send an email to training@wfo-group.com giving your full contact details. You will then be provided with your unique ID code and you can start recommending and collecting your free cash straight away!
Each new candidate enrolling on a WFO course can only use one ID code, and only ONE cash sum will be awarded per recommendation, at the discretion of WFO.
Cash will only be awarded to individuals who have registered with WFO and who have been issued with a unique ID Code. WFO will only award cash on behalf of candidates who enrol with WFO using a valid ID Code. Retrospective recommendations on behalf of candidates who have registered with WFO will not be considered, i.e. candidates MUST submit a unique ID code at the time of enrolling.
